profine UK Ltd have appointed Gareth Jones as their new managing director, along with the promotion of Brian McDonald to sales director, to oversee the further development of the KÖMMERLING brand in the UK window and door systems market.

These important appointments are part of a big commitment by the parent company profine Group, who have bold ambitions for the UK market with increased investment and an objective to achieving further growth.

Gareth Jones said of his appointment ‘After discussions with the owners of profine Group, it was clear that they had clear objectives for KÖMMERLING in the UK and that we are part of the long-term strategic vision for the group worldwide.

It’s a fantastic business with outstanding products, including the new System 76 and I’m looking forward to driving the business forward with our team for our valued manufacturing partners.

He added: ‘Brian’s appointment and that of a newly focussed sales team represents a new beginning for us and an opportunity to really put the KÖMMERLING brand back on the map as one of the most influential systems companies in the UK.’

Brian McDonald, sales director concluded: ‘I already know Gareth well from the Systems House group of the GGF and together we’re looking forward to a new era for KÖMMERLING in the UK, with a clear direction and a commitment to serving our customers well. We are also fully committed to a new range of marketing literature for System 70 and System 76, before we attend the FIT Show next year with our largest ever stand at this important trade event.’
