The one day event will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on the 4th of June 2020. It will be held in conjunction with the Glass South America Exhibition (3 - 6 June, 2020) organized by Nürnberg Messe.

Keep the following dates in mind;

  • Submit your abstract (max 150 words) by 31 January, 2020
  • Notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts: 7 February, 2020
  • Submission of final manuscripts for proceedings book/ 30 April 2020
  • Submission of PowerPoint presentations: 30 May 2020
    • Manuscript and PowerPoint submissions must both be in English and Portuguese languages
