Glass Industry in Malaysia is Experiencing a Warm Winter

Since the financial crisis erupted in 2008, all industries are suffering a serious defeat inevitably.

Glass industry is one of the victims and all the glass & glass machines manufacturers across the world are striving to find a bright way to ride out the storm.  Fortunately, there are signs of recovery in glass industry in recent two years.Especially Malaysia, has outstanding performance in this process. "The local glass industry is booming with RM3bil turnover for both glass manufacturing and processing streams of the industry", said Malaysia Glass Association (MGA) chairman Ho Sai Woo.

Mr. Ho also said that the glass industry remains robust and it has created more than 10,000 jobs for the people, which solved the problem of employment to a large extent. It's also worth noting that Glasstech Asia 2013 was held in Malaysia, and there is no doubt that it will promote the prosperity of glass industry again. LandGlass, a hi-tech enterprise specializing in the developing, manufacturing and marketing of glass tempering furnace, has taken part in Glasstech Asia for many years, and it would like to make a contribution to the glass & glass machines industries of Malaysia.
