Future Products, Midlands based fabricator established in 1984, has switched to using Super Spacer Warm Edge Technology from Edgetech, as standard.

Adam Thorpe at Future Products explains: "The decision to use Super Spacer as standard was heavily influenced by access to market leading sales and marketing support, the ability to offer a full range of Energy Rated Windows and seeing Edgetech as a fantastic force to have on its side. We've been using Super Spacer for some time now because as well as its thermally efficient properties, it's a pre desiccated flexible spacer bar that can make just about any shape, which was ideal for our Bevelpane Door Panel range. As Window Energy Ratings have gathered pace, we were well positioned to increase our use of Super Spacer in all of our standard windows as well to give us the edge over our competitors and our customers' competitors. We also have a policy of supporting the UK market wherever possible and as Edgetech manufactures Super Spacer just down the road in Coventry, it made perfect sense to build on our existing relationship and future proof our products for the long term.

"We are a family based company and we take pride in what we do, so we need to offer the best quality products that will keep our customers ahead of the competition and the market, for the immediate future and for the long term. Edgetech and its proactive approach to its products, marketing and sales support, and the wider market, is a fantastic force to have on our side with the challenging times ahead. Roland Sarin, Edgetech's Business Development Adviser in our area provides true sales support, which is also invaluable at this time. Knowing we have this back up allows us to concentrate on running our business in the way our customers have come to expect.

"We listen to our customers so we can supply what they need, when they need it. Our regional branch network is going from strength to strength offering localised support with national backing. We don't want to wait to see what the rest of the market does before we act, so we're looking forward to working even more closely with a like minded, proactive supplier like Edgetech."
