Leading UK window, door and conservatory fabricator framexpress Ltd has now launched a more modern version of its website www.framexpress.co.uk.
The website includes even more responsive capabilities than before with a Door Designer facility as well as more modern online quoting options. New trade and product brochures have been launched which are available to customers for download.
The Door Designer enables customers to help homeowners personalise the style of their Composite Door with the capability of selecting every aspect from design and colour to hardware. Once a style has been selected customers can then request a quote which will speed up the sales process considerably.
This new facility can be found on the home page via a password-protected system, where more technical details are available.
Mark Westbrook, Managing Director comments, “This is an extremely user-friendly service that has been introduced to help customers as a useful POS tool. It is hoped that ultimately this will help them to gain further sales.”
Digital Specialist, The Consultancy has worked alongside framexpress once again with the update process of the site, which was originally designed by them five years ago.
The site's enhanced content, improved search functionality, and optimization for mobile devices has worked well since its development last year, which allows users to better interact with frameXpress online and to explore the corporate brand.
The new key features of the site include a more engaging user experience for customers with a Door Designer that will be beneficial when approaching homeowners. Additionally, search and navigation have been further enhanced enabling visitors to use parts of the site as POS material .
With the analytics that are already incorporated into the website, this enables frameXpress to better understand customer preferences whilst also extending its reach even further at a national level.
“Site traffic has seen an upsurge over the last few months so we recognise that customers find the website useful as an e-commerce option when approaching potential investors." Helen Duval, Marketing Dept. commented.
“With e-commerce now considered the primary route to research, evaluate and purchase goods, it is vital we continue to monitor and update our website. Further developing our online presence will continue over the next few months as we add more marketing tools for customers to use. "
Mark Westbrook Managing Director concluded, “We intend to improve customer experience as well as consumer awareness. As such, as a modern fabricator, we will continue to update our online services by providing the best resource possible in relation to our range and support services.”
