FIT Show continues to be talk of the town

Date: 23 June 2016

It’s been two months since FIT Show 2016 yet exhibitors and visitors alike are still talking about the popular UK window, door and conservatory trade show.

Whether via social media, in the press or just by word of mouth, it’s still the talk of the town as people look forward to next year’s show at the NEC.With attendance at this year’s FIT Show a massive 45% up on the 2014 show with 8,502 unique visitors you’d expect a lot of positive feedback from those who were there.

Offering up testimonials and letting the FIT Show team know how happy they were with the show and how excited they are about FIT 2017, here are a few examples:

“The response we had from the show was staggering, given our location in the innovation zone, off the main hall for SMARTGLASS Dynamic, powered by SageGlass. We’ve had interest from regional installation companies and even some larger national players and it’s done much to enhance our reputation as innovators in the glass market. It was a wise investment for us.

– Jason McCabe, Commercial Director, Clayton Glass

“With around 500 pre-qualified leads, the FIT Show has been remarkable in the way in which it’s captured the imagination of the industry. New products and innovations are finally back on the agenda for our sector and we’ve been able to showcase some incredible products for the extended living space market, harnessing both glass and WARMroof technology.”

– Chris Baron and Chris Cooke, Co-Directors, Prefix Systems

“With a record breaking footfall of 3,217 visitors to our stand, award for Most Creative Shell Scheme Stand and an endorsement from the AEO, you could say that we excelled at the FIT Show, but so did the industry as a whole. Our investment in the stand was modest and yet our returns are immeasurable, an example of what can be achieved with a small shell scheme, a little creative thinking and the support from the FIT Show as a whole. What an exceptional event!”

– Leon Day, Managing Director, Universal Arches

“We had a number of business objectives before the show commenced and we surpassed them in every single way. Lead generation and quality was of an exceptional standard and it was a great opportunity to further cement relationships with key customers, while launching our Refine product to the masses. Finally, the industry is back on track with a true sense of optimism.”

– David Firmager, Managing Director, TruFrame
