In 2013, Ozan Cam signed the contract with LandGlass to purchase one LandGlass top convection glass tempering furnace, which was the very first furnace ever sold in this region.  In 2014, LandGlass sales and after-sales team visited several of its customers in Turkey for feedback in an attempt to provide better service. One of them was Ozan Cam. Mr. Ali, the owner of Ozan Cam welcomed the sales manager of LandGlass with a big hug when they arrived. He could not wait to tell LandGlass team that "365 days a year, 10 hours a day, LandGlass runs trouble-free for the entire year". As a matter of fact, Mr. Ali, was a little anxious at the beginning in 2013, because this would be the first LandGlass tempering furnace to be installed in Bursa. However, LandGlass team eased his concern soon. The professional engineers with smooth communication, completed the installation with a speed and quality to the total satisfaction of Mr. Ali.

During this visit, Mr. Ali thanked LandGlass again for sending experienced engineers and wonderful interpreter during the installation. And he planed to purchase another glass tempering furnace from LandGlass since he knew that LandGlass would never let him down.
