In this position, Crouse will be responsible for leading repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, performance excellence, revenue growth, estimate and repair quality, and cycle-time enhancement.
Crouse joined ABRA in 1994, and served as General Manager of both ABRA-Covington Pike and ABRA-Elmore Road. In May 2004 he was promoted to Operations Manager of the Tennessee market.
