China Specialty Glass AG: New CFO

China Specialty Glass AG (CSG) hereby announces that the CFO Michael Lee has resigned from his offices due to personal reasons.

The supervisory board accepts his withdrawal, which comes into immediate effect. Mr. Lee has been with CSG since November 2010. The company’s management board respects Michael Lee’s decision and hereby wants to thank him for his outstanding work and unfailing commitment to the company.    

The supervisory board of CSG has appointed Ms. Jing He as a successor who will assume her new role effective 1 March 2013. Ms. Jing He draws upon many years of experience in several executive positions in finance. Amongst others, she was previously Senior Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young. Her appointment will be until April 30, 2015.
