Changes in Vitro's management team

Vitro announced that Mr. Alejandro F. Sánchez Mújica, who holds the position of Executive VP Legal and General Counsel since 2005, has opted to retire from his current office effective next August 15.   In the following months, Mr.

Sánchez Mújica will continue to provide his wide experience to the organization, supporting and advising in legal matters. In addition, he will remain as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Company.

“On behalf of Vitro, I want to thank Alejandro for his valuable contribution and commitment, particularly in leading the defense and protection of the corporate interests, as well as those of our employees, suppliers, shareholders, and business partners, during the restructuring process that definitely concluded this year, allowing Vitro to find a better position to take the opportunities we face today”, expressed Mr. Adrián Sada Cueva, CEO Vitro.

The areas under his supervision will now report to the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer. This change will contribute to consolidate and optimize the organizational structure, rendering it leaner and making the decision-making process more agile to the benefit of the Company.
