When Milan becomes center stage for the glass industry October 6-9, the Cefla Finishing Group will shine a bright spotlight on its long history of experience in the production of automatic painting machines.

The company’s exhibit will showcase its MITO KG product, an automatic spraying machine specifically engineered for the short-run production and frequent changes needed in the glass industry.“This leading-edge machine is the perfect example of how one company’s dedication to technology can transform processes that once required great consumption of time and labor,” said R.Pagan, Cefla North America Business Development Manager. “It supports demanding production speeds, offers outstanding performance flexibility, and has eco-friendly benefits.”At first glance, MITO KG has it all – an automatic oscillating design with a central arm capable of remarkably high application quality, plus options for installing from one to four spray guns. The machine uses a piece-scanning barrier to automatically detect the shape and dimensions of the area to be painted and effectively reduces paint waste by 30 percent. A new automatic cleaning system keeps the entire work area clean and removes all excess paint, so the machine is immediately ready to apply a different color.

“There’s no doubt the MITO KG improves speed, quality and production capacity,” said Pagan, “It’s an excellent example of the new ideas and new technologies that will inspire us all at Vitrum.” http://www.vitrum-milano.com/en/
