FIT Show is set to shake up its seminar programme with the help of 12th Man Solutions who have been appointed to help develop and manage on-site learning features for the 2019 exhibition.

Alongside the traditional seminar programme, which is set to feature one-off content to create a ‘miss it, miss out’ proposition for visitors, 12th Man Solutions are helping to develop broader content around the show to deliver the most comprehensive learning offering to date.

With new show features such as FIT Show’s flat glass offering, Visit Glass, dubbed ‘the show within a show’ and a full day dedicated to attracting new talent into the sector; ‘Skills Thursday’, organisers are seeking to broaden the show content and its appeal to new and wider audiences.

Working closely with FIT Show’s in-house team, and in consultation with key industry bodies, 12th Man Solutions are in the process of curating a lineup of experts who will cover a broad range of topics, from practical product demonstrations through to advice on increasing profitability, tackling mental health in the workplace and how to retain and drive new talent.

FIT Show event director, Nickie West commented: “The entire learning proposition of FIT Show, which spreads far wider than our seminar programme, is something that we are constantly striving to improve. Our visitors have to justify time away from their business to attend FIT Show, and what they take away from the show by way of knowledge and learning is a key way for us to add value and deliver ROI.

“We’re excited to be working with 12th Man Solutions and have already set the wheels in motion for what promises to be the best FIT Show seminar and learning programme yet!”

Nichola Reeder, director at 12th Man Solutions added: ''At 12th Man Solutions we have been helping our clients grow through telling their story for several years, using live events, media & PR, digital and direct marketing. With over 30 years' combined experience of trade shows as exhibitors, visitors and organisers, we're passionate about creating memorable and value-adding events for all stakeholders.

“We are absolutely delighted to have been appointed by FIT Show to help develop and manage their on-site feature programme for 2019. Creating compelling and relevant content, delivered through inspiring speakers is integral to any event and we're very excited to be working with the team to deliver a fantastic programme for FIT Show 2019 visitors.''

Further details about the speakers, content topics and wider show learning features are due to be announced over the coming months. FIT Show organisers are also welcoming approaches from individuals and companies throughout the sector who have thoughts, ideas or suggestions for learning topics or interactive workshops which they would like to host.
