AAMA will hold a webinar led by attorney John Nolan of the Gary Law Group about the upcoming changes to labeling requirements dictated by California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, more commonly known as Prop 65.

The complimentary, public webinar will begin August 7, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern and is sponsored by AAMA’s Western Region. Register now to reserve a spot.

“These requirements may have a direct impact on businesses,” said Mark Wolonsky (H.B. Fuller), President of the AAMA Western Region. “We know it’s important to make sure those participating in AAMA’s Western Region activities are up to speed on these changes, and the Western Region Board is committed to communicating them.”

This educational session is meant to provide clarification on the new Prop 65 labeling requirements and guidance on strategies for complying. It will include an overview of Prop 65 and review of the new labeling requirements, focusing on challenges faced by fenestration manufacturers and delivering solutions for compliance. Nolan will also answer questions from webinar participants.

Registrants are encouraged to send specific challenges and/or individual company’s solutions to education@aamanet.org for possible inclusion in the webinar.
