Atis Group announced the acquisition of Vitrotec Portes & Fenêtres Inc. a proud retailer of windows and doors established in the Montérégie region for over forty years.

Vitrotec operates two stores in St-Ours and St-Hyacinthe and have established themselves as prime retailers of windows and doors in the Montérégie region, thanks to their devoted and experienced team.

Dedicated to accommodating clients with even the most discerning tastes, Vitrotec’s turnkey business practices have set the standard for window and door sales and installations on Montreal’s South Shore.

Vitrotec opened in 1976 and was acquired by François Bouthillier and Chantal Renaud in 2013. Going forward, Vitrotec becomes a proud member of the Atis family sharing the same values and signature of excellence in customer service.

François Bouthillier, who will continue to act as general manager at Vitrotec, states:

“This partnership with Atis Group aligns with what Vitrotec has spent the last 40 years proudly building: offering clients remarkable, flexible service with their window and door projects at every level, whether for renovations or new constructions. During our talks with Atis Group’s representatives, we built a relationship of trust that confirmed we share the same work ethic and concerns about providing our clients with impeccable service at all times.”

For his part, Robert Doyon, President and CEO of Atis Group, asserts:

“The acquisition of Vitrotec marks an important milestone in our growth, bringing our total number of nationwide corporate stores to over 30. Due to our unique expertise developed in window and door manufacturing, sales, and installation, we can meet the needs of our clients and competently guide them through our product line—Canada’s largest selection of windows and doors—so their projects will succeed. Just like Atis Group, Vitrotec shares the same passion for enhancing their clients’ surroundings and increasing their property value through the addition of reliable, quality windows and doors. We are very pleased with this acquisition and are convinced our Vitrotec clients will be delighted with their new access to our expanded product line and always impeccable installation services. On behalf of the Atis family, we would like to extend a warm welcome to François, Chantal, and all the members of their team.”
