A long established manufacturer of aluminium products using Smart’s and Jack Aluminium products, Mercury draws upon the experience and expertise gained through its work with professional specifiers and architects in commercial markets to bring a new level of expertise to installers tapping in to the burgeoning interest in aluminium frames for homes: “Installers entering the aluminium sector for the first time or those looking to boost their sales can deal with Mercury knowing that we will support them with great products, service and more importantly technical backup to take them through any installation,” explained Chris Reeks, Mercury’s Sales and Marketing Director. “There are some huge opportunities out there with aluminium windows, doors, patios and bifolds as homeowners realise just how good the latest aluminium products are.”Feted as a niche fabricator, Mercury will also be showing a range of specialist PVC-U windows such as its vertical slider – the company is the largest Spectus VS fabricator in the UK – and the VEKA Halo FlushSash window, which is gaining widespread popularity in heritage and conservation installations.“We have visited every FIT Show and have been impressed enough to take our own stand for 2017.We will be there ourselves with a radical stand designed to show off our expertise and add Mercury’s sense of fun and enjoyment to the whole show,” added Chris.
With an impressive 45% increase in visitors to this year’s FIT Show, with 8,500 window, door and conservatory fabricators, installers and other industry people making their way to Telford, the prospects are even greater for the NEC.
