OWATONNA, Minn. – June 17, 2010 – Viracon, Inc., the country’s leading single-source architectural glass fabricator, has added a new member to its Architectural Design team.

The company has hired Lance Lawrence, LEED AP to be its newest Architectural Design Specialist. In his new role, Lawrence will work closely with architects and specifiers in all Viracon markets.
 
“Our Architectural Design group provides customers with in-depth technical assistance, from specification and design help to performance and environmental analysis and structural calculations,” says Don McCann, Viracon’s manager of Architectural Design. “Lance’s technical expertise and broad architectural work experience will make him a tremendous asset, not only to our customers, but to our entire design group as well.”
 
Prior to joining Viracon, Lawrence worked with KKE Architects Inc. in Minneapolis as a job captain in their government division. He is a graduate of University of Minnesota with a degree in architecture and minor in design, and has achieved LEED AP designation.
