The awards ceremony will take place as part of a black-tie drinks reception and dinner at the Millenium Gallery in Sheffield on Thursday 22 November.
It will be preceded by an afternoon of presentations on using digitial technology to drive manufacturing productivity.
Tickets are priced at £150 for British Glass members and £200 for non-members and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
