The Screenline division, which is responsible for the production, development and promotion of integral blind systems incorporating a patented rotational magnetic system, has been a major factor in the remarkable growth of interstitial blinds over the last 10 years.
The company will be at the Glastec exhibition in Dusseldorf where they will present several new products as listed below:
The ScreenLine SL20P system in this system, a magnetic control tilt only venetian blind with a 12.5mm slat is integrated in a 20mm cavity operated by a knob fixed to the window frame. The 20mm cavity allows the system to be installed in almost all types of window frames, the magnetic system linking practical and formal aspects; the glass surface is absolutely free of any projections and is therefore easy to clean. The magnetic drive system is fitted to the frame simply and effectively.
The ScreenLine SL20S system this is an entirely new magnetic system designed for the raising and lowering of pleated blinds integrated within a double glazed unit. The system is ideal for roof windows, skylights, and ceiling windows regardless of the angle of inclination and allows simple regulation of the light and heat transmission. A remarkable versatility in shading can be achieved by incorporating different types of fabrics; opaque, semi-transparent and transparent. A free and removable handle incorporating long-life magnets that slide easily on the glass surface, without friction, raise or lower the blind as required. The blind can be moved in any direction, from right to left and reverse or from top to bottom and reverse and at any inclination from 0º (horizontal) to 90º (vertical).
ScreenLine SL27C roller blind / SL27M roller blind this system incorporates a roller blind within a double glazed unit using the Screenline patented rotational magnetic system. The operation may be manual by mono-cord or electrical with internal or external motors. The wide variety and high quality of the metallised fabrics utilised, allow excellent control of the heat and light transmission characteristics. A reduction in light transmission to 0.3% is possible and is therefore ideal for total blackout requirements in facilities such as hotels, cinemas etc.
