Fully automatic pre-processing line

In the field of pre-processing of fully automated lines for, e.g. the car and vehicle industry, the new WSL with multi-channel cooling system, tool packages, servicing and handling features that considerably improve long-term use and performances and allow the system as a whole to be more efficiently designed.



In comparison to many other suppliers, we do not use any templates in the breaking area up to 8 mm; what is standard with us is the twin table grinding and polishing area with two separately controlled grinding tables so that the spindle is always in operation and we are able to process inner radii and internal cutouts where other companies have to offer additional machines. Naturally, we have separate cutting and breaking areas, powered independently of each other.

At the WSL we have included the new and revolutionary IAS system. This can be used to break out internal cutouts of any shape by means of a special thermal process. These cutouts are then suitably ground and polished using downstream edge-processing machines. This development will mainly be used in the car industry for windows within windows (FLUSH WINDOWS) as well as frames for flat screens.



At this new concept neither do we use water jet nor laser cutting systems. The complete endproduct is process on just one line only. Every approx. 50 sec. one finished product (ground inside and outside) leaves the machine.



In contrast to the usual methods to date, this system can be integrated in any fully automated production line or to be used as stand-alone unit, too.











Twin spindler for shaped glass edging

In the field of edge processing, we will also show you the improved, globally proven twin spindle machines, the high-performance grinding machine RS 8.14 L/RS 89.01 L.





You can, of course, see for yourself live the 8-fold loading, the multi-channel cooling system, the grinding and polishing packages, the unique in-line production, the sharpening and redressing facilities for grinding and polishing wheels, loading in the dry area outside the processing zone, the tool exchange and service station outside the wet area – as well as other refinements that make production, handling and servicing a lot more efficient.
