Vitrum, the international fair specialized in machinery, equipment and plants to process flat and hollow glass was held from October 1 to 4 in Milan. The event continues to grow in participation, space and visitors.
In the new edition of this biennial show, TUROMAS was represented by Antonio Ortega, Managing Director; Álvaro Doñate, Business Director of Spain and Portugal; Guillermo Ortega, Business Director of South America and CCA; Jordi Fortuny, Business Director of North America and Oriol Llorens, Business Director of Europe.
Visitors who approached the stand had the opportunity to learn further details about the complete range of standardized machinery for monolithic glass, laminated glass or intelligent storage, as well as the advanced individualized solutions that TUROMAS offers.
The majority of the visits came from European and American countries, although there was also African, Asian and even oceanic representation. Most of them showed great interest in expanding information on the features and models from TUROMAS smart warehouses.
The business team is satisfied with the attendance and reception at the fair. In addition to current and potential buyers, the stand served as a meeting point and contact opportunity with potential new distributors to market the machines in other countries.
Aluvacsa and Turomas strengthen their relationship at Vitrum 2019
The participation of the Spanish company in the international exhibition was gratifying and helpful. In addition to informing on progress, innovations and trends and strengthening the brand image, business relationships were reinforced as well.
In this sense, TUROMAS and Aluvacsa consolidated their union at Vitrum. The Mexican company would like to expand its productive capacity and once again relies on Spanish teams for its new growth plan.
As a matter of fact, in Fiera Milano, the sale of an intelligent warehouse model SR-07, a charger model LR-07 and a table for cutting monolithic glass model RUBI 516C was signed.
A solid project in South America and two possible business operations for Europe, specifically for Croatia and Ukraine, could potentially be closed later.
Turomas brings its 4.0 solutions to Milan
Digital infrastructures, interconnections and automated production systems, which are driving competitiveness today, also received a special highlight during the four days that Vitrum 2019 lasted.
2020 will be the year of automation and TUROMAS will not be less. New innovations required by industry 4.0 to gain in productivity and competitiveness have been developed to be fully integrated in its storage system and cutting process. Simplification, speed and effectiveness are the benefits of this research.
