Monthly briefings for all employees have become part of the Standard Operating Procedures for all Building Products sites worldwide.

Every site manager will be responsible for arranging at least one 45-minute briefing per month, involving all employees, and every employee must have the opportunity to attend at least one such briefing each month. The emphasis is on encouraging feedback and active participation and the issues covered will include safety, quality, plant and business line performance, customer and stakeholder interests and recognition for team and individual achievement. Agreed follow-up actions will be posted on notice boards after the meetings and must be completed in a timely manner.Monthly briefings for all employees have become part of the Standard Operating Procedures for all Building Products sites worldwide.
