A 60,000 sq ft industrial unit in Tankersley occupied by Pilkington UK has been acquired in a £2m deal brokered by CBRE.Acting on behalf of a fund, the capital markets team at CBRE sold the unit on Wentworth Industrial Estate to a private Yorkshire company.More.
