Mark Lyons has been appointed President Building Products Worldwide within the Flat Glass Business, with effect from 1st October 2007.

He will report to Stuart Chambers.



Mark will have full responsibility for all matters relating to the operation and performance of the Building Products business. He will become a member of the Flat Glass General Board and is appointed as a Director of Pilkington Group Limited.



Reporting to Mark will be:

Paul McKeon, VP Operations & Technology, Building Products Worldwide Vittore de Leonibus, VP Engineering, Building Products Worldwide Clemens Miller, Managing Director, Building Products Europe Dick Altman, President, Building Products North America Carlos Henrique Medeiros, President, Building Products South America Minoru Imanishi, President, Building Products Japan Tak Kawasaki, President Building Products SE Asia Nick Shore, Managing Director Solar Energy Business. Mark joined the Group in April 1990 and was appointed Managing Director, BP Europe in March 2005 and Head of BP Regional Operations in April 2007.
