The previously used data panel already offered the possibility to manage various interesting functions, among which: meters counter, basic machine’s use statistics, visualization of the ordinary maintenance operations, basic management of the machine’s alarms and of the automatic oil pump.



This new device allows an also easier and quicker use of the edging machine thanks to the new possibilities it offers, such as: advanced management of statistics, alarms and machine adjustments, display of the conveyor rotation speed and advanced management of the polishing tools.



Moreover this new panel will be soon enriched with further functions, always aimed at simplifying the job of the operators who will work on the machine. Some examples, but only some because the options it is possible to add are really numerous, are the automatic speed adjustment according to the glass thickness set on the machine, the remote assistance and the possibility to display both the panel and the PLC on a PC/Tablet.
