On 10 October, Schüco International KG opened a new 772 m2 representative office with showroom and offices in the Nextower, one of the most attractive business locations in Frankfurt.

The building itself is an excellent reference project for the Bielefeld-based company too. Architects, customers and potential customers will be able to experience the innovative Schüco brand up close on site.

With its site in Frankfurt am Main, Schüco is expanding its network of showrooms. “In order to emphasise our position as technology and service leader in the industry, it is important for us to be present for the customer with our products and services. The financial centre of Frankfurt is particularly relevant to us, as we continue to expect increased building work in this region as a consequence of Brexit and the generally very good economic situation,” believes Andreas Engelhardt, Managing Partner.

Business in the best location – that is what is promised by the new site of the showroom. The 32-storey Nextower on Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz with façade constructions by Schüco is part of the new Palais Quartier and was designed by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten. The office building was awarded the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) certificate in Gold for its sustainable energy concept.

The new Schüco representative office is located on the second floor of the Nextower. Architects, developers, fabricators and end customers can marvel up close at the company’s system and design expertise.

The topic studios of Work, Life and Home showcase products such as the new Schüco ASE 60/80 sliding system range, the Schüco Seamless façade/sliding system solution, as well as the FACID textile façade and SunMaster glare protection products.

Window, door, ventilation and sun shading systems, the Schüco fire and smoke protection range, as well as digital services like the Schüco Product Configurator and Fabrication Data Center complete the range.

Opening hours by appointment:

Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:00, and from 14:00 to 17:00. Saturdays and outside these times by special arrangement.
