Neptun features the new QuickDrill T8

Quickdrill T8 completes the existing and well-established vertical CN line Quickline for processing of glass doors, shelves, backsplashes, partitions, etc. is well known for its fast return on the investment.

Quickdrill, for drilling and countersinking, and Quickmill, for milling, respond both to the demands of markets focused on budget and ease of use as well as those who will not do without high processing quality, advanced automation and reliability for intensive use.

Quick offers maximum flexibility thanks to multiple configuration possibilities, low maintenance and ease of use leading to minor wear of components and a significantly reduced energy consumption compared to the multifunctional centers.

All this is available with a definitely lower investment compared to other CNC solutions, with amazing processing times: a typical door can be processed in only 3' 30"!

Also the mitering machine Rock 14-45 will be on display. The configuration with 14 wheels allows the simultaneous execution of flat edge with arris and chamfer. A cast iron body built according to the modular concept char­acterizes the machine, designed for long-term heavy duty service, and which can carry glass sheets up to 300 kg/ rm.

As a variant of the well-established Rock 10-45 model, it uses the same 0÷45° oscillating unit (it miters in reference to the fixed side of the conveyor), and executes high-precision edges even on sheets of variable thickness. No adjustments are required to change angles, chamfers or thicknesses.

Thanks to its dual speed motor (1400-2800rpm), the sixth position of the oscillating unit provides 3 processing op­tions: with rubber bonded cerium, conventional, or felt wheels and liquid cerium.

Next to Rock 10-45, Neptun will show the smaller version of the Rock series, with 8 wheels, Rock 8. Thanks to its weight and manufacturing concept, it can easily be defined the most robust 8-wheels of the world.

Finally, the horizontal washer Tornado HP 1600, always successful thanks to the technical solutions it incorporates, like the automatic system for control and management of the water and the patented energy saving device “Ecosave”.
