Balow was previously Director of Technology and as Vice President, he will continue to direct innovation with responsibility for research and technology development applications and services worldwide.  Balow has managed the development of new products at Asahi Kasei Plastics over the last 2 years.  He has over 25 years of additional technical and innovation development experience, with Polyolefins and Engineer Plastics, in automotive, industrial, packaging and the building and construction markets.
