Manfred Wittenstein Elected VDMA President

Manfred Wittenstein, President of Wittenstein AG in Igersheim, had been Vice President of the VDMA since 2004, a member of the Main Board for eight years and a member of the Restricted Board for five years.



Within the space of ten years, from 1996 to 2006, Wittenstein AG increased its sales from just over EUR 12 million to EUR 148 million; the balance sheet total rose from just under EUR 10 million to its current figure of EUR 90 million, and the workforce from 145 to over 1000.
