It is possible to work any shape and profile by means of linear and circular interpolation on X, Y, Z axis.In addition to the grinding and polishing of the edge, the machine can also perform the following operations:-Holes-Pin and screw inserts-Internal and external millings and routingsThe desired profile is actualized by using the CAD/CAM automatic design station.On the spindle can be stacked up to three wheels (two diamond and one polishing) in order to grind and polish the glass edge without any change of tool holder.This machine can work in two different ways: by using the whole working table for a big glass or by sharing the table in two different areas for grinding small glasses.In this last case the operator can easily load or unload the glass on one of the two working areas while the machine is grinding the other glass, in completely safe conditions. In fact, the machine is equipped with special safety devices to prevent that the grinding group moves accidentally to the area where the operator is loading or unloading the glass. Loading/unloading operations are made manually by the operator himself. On request, the machine can be equipped with an automatic loading/unloading unit (optional).
The table has special stops to center the glass and special suckers to fix it.

Concept machine can be programmed by means of CAD-CAM system, using a Personal Computer (not included).
