Listers start summer 2010 with record sales.

Listers start summer 2010 with record sales.Window, door and conservatory manufacturers Lister Trade Frames based in Stoke-on-Trent report a fantastic start to summer 2010, with sales reaching their highest peak in over 12 months.

Last year Listers Sales Team pledged to work even harder in building customer relationships and providing extra support as they knew that the months ahead we’re going to be some of the hardest that they had ever faced. So they are now delighted to hear that their hard work has really paid off in the recent results. "The latest sales figures for May show Listers well ahead of their budget and the year to date sales show a very healthy 10% increase, compared to the same period last year." Sales Director, Phil Warren reported.
So how have Listers managed to pull this one off despite the difficult trading conditions? It’s often said that during the harder times the more proactive companies thrive; investing back into their company and customers to provide extra support and more reasons for clients to choose them.
Earlier this year Listers upgraded their windows to ‘A’ Energy Rated as standard and also broadened their market by launching a new range of aluminum windows and doors and backing up these products with a new 15 year guarantee. Listers say that this has been part of the reason for their record sales results allowing them to reach more customers than ever before.
Listers Building Plastics also recently moved to a new supplier; FreeFoam Plastics, and this too has brought growth as their customers benefit not just from the added quality of Freefoam’s products but also have the added sales advantage of a 20 year.
Phil says that customers have been joining Listers at an unprecedented rate this year, “All the improvements that we have made have just added a whole new level of reasons for customers to choose us. Our staff have worked really hard on meeting customers needs, helping them to gain new business and our range of marketing and sales support is second to none.”
Listers have managed to take themselves from their humble beginnings some 34 years ago, to one of the biggest and most widely recognized fabricators in the Midlands. They never seem to stop making improvements and this seems to be why they are still growing despite the recession.
