JELD-WEN’s e range of UK manufactured casement windows, patio and exterior doorsets now come factory fitted with Pilkington glass as standard, while all hardware for windows and UK manufactured external doorsets will be supplied by ERA.This suiting of hardware will ensure a consistent look and high-quality across JELD-WEN’s product ranges.
The new Pilkington glass and ERA partnerships will form part of JELD-WEN’s standard window specifications. Windows and doorsets will contain Pilkington energiKare™ energy-efficient double or triple glazing to provide a high quality and performance. They will also benefit from ERA’s multi-point locking systems and projecting hinges, which offer controlled openings, all with a 10 year guarantee.

Following the recent updates to JELD-WEN’s standard softwood specification on the popular casement range, all windows will be manufactured from engineered timber in basecoat stain or factory finished in white with the option of being able to choose from a wide variety of other finishes if needed. The updated specification also includes polished chrome hardware offering 480 hours salt spray performance, white concealed vents and a white weatherstrip for an improved appearance with other colour options also available.
