Pilkington Oriel

The newly updated Pilkington Oriel range provides homeowners with a premium etched glass that offers a decorative product that is suitable for use in a wide range of applications across the home.

Ideal for use in both kitchens and bathrooms, the versatile designs are ideal for updating splashbacks, kitchen cupboards, bathroom shower screens as well as replacing existing windows and introducing new partition walling.

Delivering excellent light transmission, as well as great levels of privacy, each of the individual designs is created using either Pilkington Optifloat™ or Pilkington Optifloat™ Opal as a substrate. Each design has a luxury matt appearance with a smooth durable surface that helps achieve different light and privacy characteristics.

Opacity

As well as beautifully etched designs, Pilkington Oriel offers varying degrees of opacity, delivering a glass that has greater levels of privacy compared to a conventional clear glass product.

The collection combines a mixture of single and double sided etched designs – Pilkington Oriel Canterbury™ Opal, Pilkington Oriel Bay™ Opal and Pilkington Optifloat™ Opal™. The double sided designs provide higher opacity, reaching ‘Privacy Level 5’.
