Intermac will be present at Glasstec 2014

Glasstec 2014 will see the company launching its new line of monolithic glass tables Genius RSA and Genius CTA. The idea behind these new machines is that every company in the market needs top of the range solutions when it comes to glass cutting. So Intermac has created a line of stand alone machine that have the same quality of mechanical solutions of the machines that work in 2 or 3 shifts in the cutting lines of the greatest industries. This is ment to grant long lasting dimensional accuracy and maximum realiability for these machines that are at the heart of the production of every glass workshop.

Genius RSA and Genius CTA are destined to set a new standard in glass cutting and a radical change in the required quality by glass transformers.

WATERJET CUTTING

Primus 322 is a waterjet with a working area of  3210x2000 mm and equipped with two cutting heads (one 3-axes and one 5-axes). The machine can also perform inclined cuts and bevel edges. The patented infinitive rotating C axis allows seamless execution of the most complex cutting schemes. Besides, the machine can also execute two identical pieces at the same time.

Primus is a solution that offers clear advantages for those who deal with specific processes such as glass for appliances, furniture, technical glasses, multilayer laminated glass and gift items. In fact adjusting the cutting speed of the head it’s possible to obtain a quality of the edges that is ready to be sent directly to the tempering furnace.

CNC WORK CENTRES

Intermac’s long lasting leadership in the world of cnc-work centres will be represented by a Master 35. This machine has already been installed in hundreds of workshops around the world and represents the state-of-the-art in terms of reliability, accuracy and quality of finish. The operating hi-tech five-axes head is able to carry out the most complex machining and offers great ease in programming through PC-based numerical control.

DOUBLE EDGERS

The Busetti product line will be represented at Glasstec by a flat edge stand-alone F Series. These machines have been received by the market with great enthusiasm. The high level of automation and the PC-based numerical control, represent a functional and easy-to-use solution for companies that need to reach higher levels of productivity. Of great interest is the possibility of equipping the machine with automatic preset of the diamond wheels, an operation that traditionally consumes a fair amount of time and, instead, in the new FSeries, can be handled automatically by the machine.

VERTICAL MACHINES

Another  highlight of the Intermac stand at Glasstec 2014 will surely be the new Vertmax 2.2. This is the newest arrival in a range of vertical solution that is already a success in the market for two years now. This new machine mantains the same level of finishing quality and all the advantages of the vertical solution of the previous models, but with a reduced size. Given that, Vertmax 2.2 is addressed to all those companies that have floorspace limitations and need to produce great quantities of doors and medium-large sized sheets and that require maximum flexibility at a competitive price.
