The PRO 5 is a uniquely efficient and versatile machine that embodies all the latest Intermac developments. The PRO 5 is the latest addition to the Intermac range of CNC sheet glass machining centres for which Intermac boasts world-wide acclaim.

The cutting centre section will also be displaying the entire range of individual cutting machines and complete cutting systems for monolithic and layered glass, together with a wide range of software for the modern management and control of cutting cycles.

The stand will also be displaying some of the high-tech flat and round edge grinding systems marketed under the name of BUSETTI, universally recognised as technology leader in two sided grinding. One of the devices on display will be the Quickset, a device for automatically calibrating grinding machines to suit the dimensional tolerances measured from machined sheets.

Two NC drilling machines will also be on demonstration: the PLUSDRILL HT, an NC drilling centre with four independent heads for the high productivity machining of complex drilling patterns and the GIO’ 1250, a single head drilling machine with automatic sheet stop positioning.

The GIEFFE range will be another range of machines on show, exemplified by the Bilux 3EP45 manual grinding and bevelling machine.

Practical examples and demonstrations of the new Teleservice remote diagnostics, trouble-shooting and software updating system will also be available on the stand.
