A collaboration concerning other profine systems is intended by both companies.
The 76 mm profile series of the system supplier of the KBE, Kömmerling and Trocal brands is an addition to the in-house developed and extruded systems of the company Illerplastic.
Illerplastic is one of the pioneers of the industry. Heinrich Oßwald, father of today's owner and Managing Director Armin Oßwald, founded the family business in 1962 as a small carpentry and started an extrusion line for the production of his in-house developed plastic profiles two years later.
Since this time the window manufacturer has been developing and producing various profile series for windows and doors as well as technical plastic profiles for industrial applications.
Armin Oßwald: "The 76 mm system from profine is the ideal addition to our range for the high volume standard market. It meets high functional requirements and, with its compatibility, offers significant advantages in terms of application and cost-effectiveness."
The Illerplastic group of companies is one of the leading suppliers of the industry in Southern Germany and has four subsidiaries and plants with a total of 250 employees.
At its headquarter in Illertissen, the company runs its own development center, including toolmaking, and offers a comprehensive range of solutions with the highest quality requirements for manufacturing and processing.
Since the beginning of the 1990s, Illerplastic has been operating a plant in Finsterwalde, Brandenburg, where profiles of the profine brand KBE have been processed right from the start.
"Illerplastic is a company with an impressive expertise in extrusion and window technology. We are very proud that we can expand our long-term partnership and welcome Illerplastic as a new customer of our 76 mm system. I would like to thank Mr. Armin Oßwald and the entire management for their trust," says Dr Peter Mrosik, owner and CEO of profine.
