Hazlemere Commercial are delighted to be able to announce that clients Colchester Borough Homes has awarded Hazlemere Phase Two of their Dutch Quarter window and door replacement programme.

One of the reasons for Hazlemere’s success, is their reputation over the last four decades as genuinely independent fenestration suppliers and installers, as this £470,000 + VAT refurbishment upgrade project involves multiple product types and designs, something Hazlemere is used to and set up for.

Some of the bespoke fenestration products involved on this particular replacement programme includes powder coated Duration aluminium windows, double glazed vertical sliding sash Alumatherm aluminium windows, Westport timber entrance doors, AluK 58BW aluminium casement windows and double glazed AluK 58BD aluminium entrance doors.

Hazlemere Commercial over the years have designed, manufactured and installed many different aluminium profiles including AluK, Reynaers and Sapa. However, they also have experience in supplying and fitting many other aluminium, timber and UPVC products, so we well positioned to tender for this prestigious project for Colchester Borough Homes.
