Hartung Dallas Installs Forel IG line; Certified as Guardian Select Fabricator Glass Magazine

Hartung Dallas joins Hartung’s Seattle; Wilsonville, Oregon; and Sacramento, California, locations as Guardian Select Fabricators.   Hartung Dallas also installed a new automated Forel Insulating Glass Line capable of automatically arranging, pressing and sealing double and triple glazed units with Argon gas fills based on the volume of the unit, according to Hartung officials.The Guardian Select Fabricator certification and addition of the Forel IG line at Hartung’s Farmer’s Branch location will allow for more product offerings, enhanced service levels and additional local market capabilities throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, Hartung officials report."Hartung is currently fabricating Guardian SunGuard SuperNeutral 68, SN54, SNX 62/27 and SNX 51/23 on clear and tinted substrates," said Bob Cummings, Southwest regional sales manager for Hartung.We believe that SNX 51/23 has a home in Texas ... for Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the ASRAE energy code.
