The Annual Review contains the Board of Directors’ Review 2023, the Financial Statements 2023, the Corporate Governance Statement 2023, the Remuneration Report 2023 and the Sustainability report.

Glaston publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language). The primary statements and notes have been marked with XBRL tags.  The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has performed a reasonable assurance engagement on Glaston Corporation’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 and issued an Independent Auditor’s Reasonable Assurance Report.

The Remuneration Report 2023 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2023 are available on the company’s website on https://glaston.net/governance and the Annual Review 2023 is available on https://glaston.net/reports-and-presentations/#reports-and-presentations.
