Glaston Initiates Lawsuit Against Land Glass

Date: 22 May 2012

Since the year 2005 Glaston Group has forcefully been protecting its patents and other intellectual property rights.

Recently Glaston announced that it had started legal proceedings against Luoyang North Glass Technologies Co., Ltd. (“North Glass”). In the meantime, Glaston has collected evidence supporting another patent infringement case related to a large number of machines and this time against Luoyang Land Glass Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Land Glass”). In Glaston’s opinion, certain glass tempering machines sold in Mainland China by Land Glass infringes a Chinese patent owned by Glaston Group.

Glaston Group has taken legal measures against Land Glass infringement cases by submitting the filing materials to the competent Court, and such case has already been accepted by the said court and under proper proceedings.

Glaston Group will continue to take active actions to protect its Intellectual Property Rights globally.
