Also this Glasstec edition will be rich in new proposals for Studio 1 s.r.l. Automazioni Industriali, company specialised in engineering and manufacturing of complete automatic plants for glass handling and printing.

Automation is a fundamental feature of glassworks, which is not only necessary during the movement of the glass sheets, but also for loading and unloading operations.The utilization of automated systems can increase and improve productivity, while lowering labour costs and, last but not least, avoiding hold-ups of the glass between the different machines of a processing line.

It is thanks to this activity that the company imposed itself as point of reference for glass companies, which are more and more interested in producing with maximum efficiency and reduction of labour costs.

Thanks to Studio 1’s experience gained during over the years and to its flexible and dynamic structure, the company is able today to offer a complete range of automatic loading/unloading systems, ranging from simple loading robots up to the application of six-axes robots.

The latest engineering achievements of Studio 1 are addressed to companies manufacturing automotive-, home appliance- and furniture glass, whose production required a stronger and stronger need for automatic handling, necessary to achieve complete production efficiency.

STUDIO 1 was able to interpret these needs and support them with its own technology.

This is why in occasion of Glasstec 2006 the company will propose a series of news regarding in particular printing and handling. Besides standard flat printing machines, Studio 1 will introduce a new rotative printing machine for flat printing, a new electronic system for quality control with linear camera, and an innovative loading/unloading system for vertical stored product, with the following interesting features:
a- Reduced overall dimensions;
b- high feeding speed;
