Italian technology for glass processing returns to the limelight in the USA. At the 11th GlassBuild America - staged in Atlanta, Georgia from September 10 to 12 – Gimav, the Italian Association of Glass Processing Machinery and Accessory Suppliers will organize a group stand for its flat glass members. The American continent is a critical market for Italian exports of glass processing machinery and accessories, as confirmed by Mrs.

Renata Gaffo, Gimav Director: “Overall exports to North and South America were on an upward over the last two years (for both flat and hollow glass). More specifically North America absorbed 9.11% of Italian exports and South America 10.33% in 2012.

Participating in this show is therefore critical for Italian companies whose expectations are running very high. The Gimav area will host 14 companies that will be taking part in the event on a display area of approximately 700 sqm.

The Italian industry of glass processing machinery and accessories has always been a world leader and, in fact, Italian machinery is acclaimed worldwide and outstrips competition because it offers the perfect mix of technological innovation, product quality and attentive after-sales service.
