The Glass Association of North America is seeking its next dynamic leader to serve and promote the interests of its members in the glass and glazing industry.

Qualified candidates will be innovative and mission driven, bringing strong communication skills and the ability to build and establish strong business and industry partnerships.

 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this executive serves as GANA’s staff leader.  Internally, the executive will lead and manage the GANA headquarters team located in Topeka, KS and GANA independent contractor consultants located throughout North America.  Externally, the executive will be the face of GANA while serving the membership.   

 

The position does not require a relocation to Topeka but will require frequent visits to GANA headquarters.

 

Established in 1994, with a current $1.2M annual budget, GANA serves more than 300 members representing flat glass manufacturers, fabricators, glazing contractors and suppliers to the industry.

GANA is a progressive, innovative association where pride and enthusiasm for a career in architectural glass and glazing is fostered through educational events, technical resource development and relationship-building opportunities.
