Jorma Vitkala named GANA Honorary Member.

At last week’s Glass Performance Days (GPD) in Tampere, Finland, education and networking abounded. The two elements together have made GPD a unique and vibrant experience for 25 years.

This year, the event honored this milestone of bringing together the international glass and glazing industry for over two decades. Further, it honored the Chair of its Organizing Committee, Jorma Vitkala, for serving in his role for an equal amount of time.

In recognition of his service, GANA awarded Mr. Vitkala with honorary membership in the organization during the award ceremony.

“In recognition of 25 years of diligent and enthusiastic collaboration, education, leadership and service to the glass and glazing industry internationally.”
