The Flat Glass Council is the Employers Organisation for those GGF Members involved in the manufacture and processing of flat glass and site glaziers.

It is the role of the FGC to manage the National Labour Agreement for the Flat Glass Industry, known as the Green Book and sit down each year with the signatory Trade Unions (GMB and Unite the Union) and agree any changes to the pay and conditions within the Agreement.
