The First Innovation Contest Held by LandGlass is in Full Swing

In recent years, LandGlass Technology Co., Ltd. have been developing very rapidly and great results have been achieved in technical innovation, service innovation and management innovation.Focusing on its core value ---integrity, innovation and dedication, LandGlass is building the brand awareness among the staff. And in line with this, LandGlass decides to hold the first essay and photo contest with the theme of innovation, hoping that LandGlass staff can be aware of the great changes that innovation has brought to LandGlass.

This innovation contest was planed and organized by the committee, the top leaders and the marketing department of LandGlass for all the staff. The staff can participate in the contest with his/her photography or essay which records the innovation process and LandGlass' fresh outlook brought by the innovation.

This innovation contest is divided into four stages. First of all, the candidates need to submit their own photography or essays during the frist stage. And then the contest organizer and the top leaders of LandGlass will choose 32 entries among all the submissions. The entries selected will be on display in the company, the factory and the manufacturing base. And it should be noted that each staff has one vote for his/her favorite works. At last, the top three works will be selected by the committee based on the voting results.
