The 2017 GANA Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) Conference will provide a forum for more than 400 contract glaziers, industry suppliers and technical experts to connect and discuss trends affecting the glass and glazing industry.

The BEC Conference is an incredible opportunity to connect with decision-makers and thought leaders. To capitalize on the opportunity to share your brand with this important audience, we’ve created a number of engagement opportunities that will get your message front-and-center throughout the conference!

 

Sponsorship Packages: New Options Added

Sponsorships are a great way to showcase your organization as a leader in the industry. As a sponsor, you receive recognition in promotional materials leading up to the conference and throughout the event itself. Our sponsorship packages are tiered and offer many levels of involvement. Please take a moment to review the 2017 BEC Engagement Opportunities brochure and check out the newly added packages:

• BEC App Sponsor: Secure prominent, trackable ad space with this sponsorship.
• Boost Sponsor: Challenge staff to “boost” attendee experiences at the conference with this unique package.
• Charging Station: Energize and charge-up our attendees with two tall, branded charging stations.

BEC Table Top Exhibit ($2,600) – Includes registration for two!

The GANA BEC Conference has a standing tradition of keeping everything in one ballroom, allowing exhibitors to fully immerse in the conference experience. This will enhance your opportunity to see customers, and be readily available before and after educational sessions and during the event breaks.

This year, we’ve re-packaged our pricing to include two complimentary registrations with each exhibit. Please note that table top space is limited and is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibit space is available to members only. To reserve exhibit space, please complete the online form.

BEC Take 5 Presentations ($2,000)

The BEC Take 5 Presentation is your time to shine! In between educational sessions, we’ll offer a limited number of slots for “Take 5” Presentations. These presentations are a 5-minute marketing opportunity to share the latest news about your company’s products and services.

Take 5 Presentations can include video or slides but cannot exceed the 5-minute mark!  There are a limited number of “Take 5” spots available, and submissions will be reviewed and selected by the BEC Planning Committee.

Take 5 Presentations are only available to GANA members. To apply for a Take 5 Presentation spot, members must complete the online application by November 1st.
