From 28 September to 1 October, Solingen-based EDUARD KRONENBERG GmbH will be exhibiting at the 21st international glass trade fair glasstec in the Düsseldorf exhibition halls with a completely optimised product portfolio, new extra-hard steel connectors and an extended range of connecting elements for warm edge profiles. The market leader in the field of spacer frame connecting technology used in modern insulating glass pane manufacture can be found in Hall 15 on Stand G42 and will be presenting its entire portfolio of EK STEEL Connect and EK POLO Connect Series products and its latest innovations on its redesigned stand.

The focus of EK’s presentation this year is warm edge technology – a topic that also dominates the entire glasstec fair. Increasing numbers of manufacturers of insulating glass frame profiles are now applying warm edge technology and can now obtain EK STEEL Connect and EK POLO Connect Series connectors that meet their needs better than ever before. In close collaboration with the profile and insulating glass industry, “XH“ (“extra hard“) steel connectors made of extremely tough, multiphase steel are now available for very large and heavy units. This new class of straight connectors has a material strength of over 1,000 N/mm2.

“Warm edge technology and energy efficiency have influenced the development and improvement of our products for years,“ says Ralf M. Kronenberg. “At this year‘s glasstec, we want to show trade visitors what has taken place in the last two years since the trade fair in 2008 and how far our development has progressed. This applies not only to warm edge or photovoltaic technology, but also to standard profiles and special designs in other materials and areas of application for which we have optimised our connectors. These include an improved grip, for example, and better support in the profile.“

We will of course be delighted to send you free samples and additional information before you visit the trade fair. All you have to do is send a brief e-mail to Info@kronenberg-eduard.de or call us at +49 (0)212 / 222 88-0.
