The company has been developing the bi-fold design for a number of years. They now offer frameless, multi-panel bi-folding shower doors and tub enclosures. The doors come in two versions, the hydroslide header and roller, and the stainless exposed roller. The hydroslide is simpler than the all-stainless version and a good choice for smaller showers where there is not enough room for a swinging door.
The double swivel stainless roller and the unique bi-folding hinges make the door very strong and a delight to use. Since there is nothing on the curb when the door is folded and no sharp angular sill threshold metal strips, it is perfect for families with young children or anyone who likes using the tub. Wilson's unique design leaves the tub untouched by drills, caulking or metal of any kind.
Wilson Glass is also able to provide shower door installation.
"It may seem odd to order a custom made heavy glass shower door over the internet, but we've been doing it for seven years now. Prices are so low in California due to the recession that we ship glass made here to the East Coast almost every day, saving our customers thousands of dollars," says Aric Wilson of Wilson Glass.
