In addition the dispersion is about 40% lower that with traditional blowpipe process, thanks mainly to the special torch/feeder system planned and produced by Commersald.
The programming is done on an NC born under "Windows XP" system, giving a familiar working environment and offering more interface opportunities with external components.
In booth n°14 C64 you can see a two stations plant that operates on glass moulds and a single station one welding on neckrings and bottoms.
PRE HEATING PLANTS
The pre-heating before welding is a key operation that can mean a perfect or wrong result on glass moulds and neckrings hardfacing.
Heating furnaces may not be the best solution for a proper control of the temperature and for the high running cost.
Commersald has studied an induction pre-heating system, born especially for Glass industry. The quick pre-heating directly to the core of the piece allows to remove the intermediate cleaning operation and assures the constant supply of pieces to the welding cycle.
In Commersald booth 14 C64 one pre-heating machine is demonstrating how simple and effective the system is.
