The vertical washing machine BVR 160 by Bovone, made entirely of stainless steel, washes and dries slabs with a thickness between 3 and 30 mm and a height of over 1,600 mm. The front case is movable to adapt to different glass thicknesses.
The washing of the slab is carried out in:
- pre-wash;
- flat glass washing: performed with two pairs of cylindrical brushes;
- rinsing with a couple of dedicated ramps.
All the ramps are removable and equipped with quick lock nozzles to facilitate maintenance operations.
The internal sectors of the cylindrical brushes are designed and built to minimize the passages, thus avoiding contamination.
The configuration of the large cold-water tank, with stainless steel filters and pump, makes maintenance as easy as possible thanks to wheels and quick couplings for the pipes and electric plug for the pump.
Drying takes place through a pair of diagonally inclined dryers and powered by a soundproofed fan equipped with filters and adjustable distributor. The dryers are made of thick steel with the knife machined to reduce noise and increase performance: the sound pressure level is within 82 dB.
The washing machine is equipped with an operator panel that manages the various processing parameters: the electromechanical components are of the highest quality.
All Bovone industrial flat glass washing machines integrate easily with other machines within modular lines.
The BVR 160 Vertical Washing Machine model can be equipped with some optional:
- hot water tank equipped with armored electric resistance and insulating cover panel;
- inspection lamps positioned on the outlet conveyor to check the quality of the glass.
